Saker Solutions' response to the COVID-19 pandemic

Our first priority is the safety of our colleagues and customers, together with our responsibility to the wider community within which we operate. Therefore, during this unprecedented public health situation, and in line with Government guidelines, we have invoked robust contingency plans allowing all Saker employees to securely work from home.

The Saker business remains open and operational and we are committed to supporting our customers, in achieving their business objectives. Whilst undoubtedly the current Covid-19 outbreak is creating challenges, the investment we have made in our digital infrastructure will allow us to continue to support you. Of course some of the ways in which we interact with each other will be different, but that shouldn’t inhibit our ability, working together, to create successful outcomes.

New Enquiries

Any new enquiries should initially be directed by email to, or by telephone on 01789 762255.


  • Any support questions can be directed to the helpdesk email Gary Pattison will be co-ordinating the Helpdesk and will ensure that emails are being directed to the appropriate person. 
  • Questions relating to projects in development should be directed to the consultant you are working with. You will all have the contact details for any consultant you are working with, but if in doubt feel free to contact and we can give you the details you need.
  • If your call relates to a released model or application, is the best option. In the event that you need to speak to someone direct, we suggest contacting one of the following and we will address the issue ourselves, or put you in contact with the right person:

All Saker employees are contactable by email and telephone, and are also using Microsoft Teams, but we are of course happy to use any medium such as Facetime, Zoom etc as appropriate. As the situation progresses, we will issue further information, and whilst it may be a little while until we able to meet with you and your team personally, please feel free to keep in touch however you wish.
