Paul joined ITI in November 2021 as Chief Operating Officer in order to help the company to achieve its growth ambitions. A passionate and highly motivated Chartered Quantity Surveyor FRICS, Paul has extensive operational and commercial experience in systems integration and main automation contracting.
Paul is a successful change leader with a track record of delivering results. He is responsible for all operations across ITI, delivering projects, driving strategic growth objectives, and ensuring operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
Mike Ellarby
Director
Mike has been involved in the simulation industry for over 25 years, with experience working at all levels in the industry. Mike was involved in the original development of the Witness simulation system, and with countless simulation projects behind him, he has a detailed understanding of simulation and its application. Before joining Saker in 2003, Mike was responsible for simulation technologies at Lanner Group and prior to that worked for AT&T, Istel and British Steel.
Mike has been Chairman of the AUTOSIM conference, a major simulation event in the Automotive industry, and has written numerous papers on the application of simulation.
Michael Jones
Business Unit Manager
Michael joined Saker Solutions (part of the ITI Group) in 2014 and has been responsible for the management and delivery of both simulation models and bespoke solutions to clients across a variety of sectors, including nuclear, food & drink, warehousing, logistics and manufacturing. Working closely with Saker’s Application Development team, Michael created the framework architecture and methodology for designing, creating and delivering Saker's simulation-based web applications to clients.
Michael is now the Business Unit Manager for Saker Solutions, ITI Group's Simulation and Decision Support unit, responsible for delivering the unit's strategic objectives, as well as management and development of the consulting and software teams.
Mike Hodge

Mike is a visionary leader in digital solutions for manufacturing with over 30 years of experience. He is the founder and former CEO of Cimlogic, now a part of the ITI Group.
Mike's expertise encompasses a wide range of areas, including Process Control & Automation, SCADA, MES, IoT, and Data Science, all with a focus on delivering transformational technical value to manufacturers and other industries.
In his current role as Group CTO for ITI Group, Mike is committed to finding innovative solutions for customers across various sectors, including Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Power Transmission, Industrials, and Manufacturing. His mission is to help customers stay ahead of the curve by leveraging the latest technologies to address their pain points and seize new opportunities.
With his passion for technology and his commitment to making a difference, Mike is dedicated to ensuring that ITI Group remains at the forefront of the rapidly evolving technology landscape.
Fraser Thomson
Group Sales Director
Fraser has over 15 years’ experience across worldwide manufacturing and logistics. Having started his career as an electrical engineering apprentice and progressed into client facing roles, Fraser is able to balance both the technical and commercial aspects of our clients' needs.
Fraser joined Cimlogic, now part of ITI Group, in 2008, and is now responsible for the business development and account management strategies across the Group's offerings in clean energy, oil and gas, smart factory and simulation.
Kelly Parkin
Director of People and Culture
CIPD Level 7 qualified, Kelly built her HR career within various manufacturing and engineering organisations where she led on prudent recruitment and talent development initiatives, with more recent focus on various change management projects.
Kelly now heads up the ITI Group's HR activity with the goal of delivering positive people management practices and HR Strategy, in order to build and empower a highly skilled and motivated workforce to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
